PRIVACY POLICY of Ablaze – an independent Bristol based charity

We collect information when you register with Ablaze. The information collected includes your name, email address, phone number and DBS certificate number. Other identifiers which may be acquired is information of race, age, education level and occupation but this would be provided by you and will be only required if essential and consented.

The information we collect from you may be used to contact you by email, or to administer a promotion or inquiry.

3. Disclosure to third parties

Your personal information will not be sold. It will be transferred to third parties when deemed necessary to carry out the scheme in which you are involved in. These party will also agree to keep this information confidential and safe.

This does not include trusted third parties who help us operate our website or conduct our business, as long as these parties agree to keep this information confidential, or where we are legally required to disclose this information.

We may use trusted third parties who are based outside the European Economic Area. Other countries may not provide the same level of legal protection that is required by EU law. However, we will require all your information to be kept confidential.

Cookies improve access to our website and allow it to operate, identify regular visitors and to inform website development. The use of cookies is in no way linked to personally identifiable information on our site.

For our contact form and the resulting address database, we use an encrypted SharePoint, which itself is encrypted and password protect If one would like to enquire about what information is retained by Ablaze there is a request form that is accessible below.

We use the email address you provide to send you information and updates relating to your order, company news on an occasional basis, information on related products. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe and no longer receive emails; please email enquiries@ablazebristol.co.uk. Email the same email if you wish us to delete your data or wish to find out what data is being kept by the charity.
